Temporary Program Manager Peterborough/Cobourg Area
Full-time for approximately 5 months.
Pay range for this position is $34 - $40.58.
Full G required for this position.
The closing date for this opportunity is Monday July 14 2025.
The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of one or more Karis Disability Services locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services Service Principles by enhancing relationships promoting citizenship valuing peoples gifts recognizing self-determination encouraging growth and development and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each persons intrinsic value. They implement organizational policy and establishes an environment for supported individuals and employees in keeping with Karis Disability Services Values Vision and Mission. The Program Manager is required to assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people who use services promoting growth and enhancing quality of life.
The Program Manager helps build communities of belonging in accordance with the core Values of Karis Disability Services; Valuing People Fostering Belonging Serving Others and Respecting Gifts.
