Assistant Production Supervisor 2nd Shift
Location: Hanover PA
Schedule: MondayThursday 2 PM 12 AM
Axiom Staffing is seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Supervisorfor our client in Hanover PA. to support and lead a small cross-functional team in our manufacturing operations. This second-shift role plays a key part in meeting daily production goals through effective leadership organization and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily production activities and workflow ensuring safety efficiency and quality.
Provide direction motivation and training to team members including temporary staff.
Act as a liaison between team and Production Supervisor; communicate goals and resolve issues.
Monitor quality safety and productivitytaking initiative to troubleshoot and improve operations.
Contribute to planning scheduling and process improvements.
Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years in a production leadership role preferred.
Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the shift.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Reliable team-oriented and safety-focused.
