Your Role:
Support clients with daily personal care routines (bathing grooming dressing)
Prepare meals and assist with eating if needed
Handle light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Offer medication reminders
Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior
Keep accurate timely records of care provided
Build strong respectful relationships with clients and their families
