Who were looking for

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Support Engineer who is passionate about helping people maximize their workplace tools. You will bring extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive Entra ID and Co-Pilot along with a problem-solving mindset to ensure smooth secure and efficient experiences for our users.

Youll be part of a highly collaborative support team that serves as the backbone of TFSs modern workplace working closely with internal business partners end users and engineering teams to troubleshoot train and continuously improve.

What youll be doing

  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive Co-Pilot and Entra ID.
  • Own issue resolution across client systems and collaboration platforms escalating when needed and ensuring users get timely accurate help.
  • Work directly with end users and support teams to understand needs gather feedback and provide tailored solutions.
  • Author and deliver training knowledge articles and reference documentation that empower users to adopt and succeed with Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Stay on top of product changes and roadmap updates to proactively adjust support models and user guidance.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to surface opportunities for automation integration and platform improvements.


What you bring

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop browser and mobile Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Excellent communication skills able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience in creating end-user documentation training materials or support knowledge bases.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Adaptability to changing technology and a drive to keep learning.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Co-Pilot or similar AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with software deployment tools or mobile device management (MDM).
  • An Associates degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments.
