Medical Director
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity to lead within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in the historic waterfront city of New Bedford Massachusetts. Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $152000 $326000
- Sign-on bonus
- Incentive bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- No hospital rounding or on-call (light rotating call only)
- Flexible full-time schedule with only one late weekday

Responsibilities
- Lead and provide medical oversight for primary care and specialized service lines
- Deliver direct patient care including chronic disease management preventive care urgent visits and follow-ups
- Supervise and mentor clinicians providing ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and refine clinical protocols
- Engage in quality improvement projects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support services addressing HIV/AIDS Hepatitis and Latent Tuberculosis
- Promote a culture of collaboration and patient-centered care aligned with organizational values
- Participate in provider recruitment onboarding and retention efforts
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current unrestricted medical license
- Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR systems
- Prior leadership and mentoring experience preferred
- Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities
