Join Renew Massage Studio as a Front Desk Associate!

Position: Front Desk Associate (Denver location: 765 S University Blvd Denver CO 80209)
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Welcome clients with kindness and professionalism check them in and out and assist with paperwork as needed.
- Payment Processing: Manage and take payments and learn the process of all types of checkouts
- Scheduling & Communication: Answer calls book and adjust appointments handle cancellations and assist clients with any questions.
- Maintain Studio Cleanliness: Ensure the studio is clean and inviting including trash and recycling removal some general cleaning light mopping and bathroom upkeep.
- Administrative Support: Optimize scheduled appointments assist with client outreach data entry and reporting track inventory and support massage therapists with daily needs.
Schedule:
- Part-Time Shifts Available: around 18 hours a week Must be able to work 3 shifts a week: Mon Fri and Saturday.

- Hourly Pay: Clocked in hourly pay for all shifts with breaks and meal periods as required by Colorado law.

What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is required at least one year; familiarity with the massage industry is a plus.
- Dependability: Reliable respectful punctual and professional.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for clients and effective communication with teammates.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with a desktop computer and booking software.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
