Job Description
Nuclear Cardiologist $400K Full-Time Cedarhurst NY
The Opportunity: Our client a well-established and respected healthcare organization located in Cedarhurst NY is seeking a Board-Certified Nuclear Cardiologist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and perform nuclear cardiology studies including myocardial perfusion imaging MUGA scans and PET imaging
- Evaluate and manage patients with known or suspected cardiovascular disease
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including internists other cardiologists and radiology staff to provide integrated care
- Participate in diagnostic and treatment planning for complex cardiovascular conditions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory and quality standards related to nuclear imaging
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology required
- Must hold an active unrestricted New York State medical license
- Extensive knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols imaging modalities and cardiac stress testing
- Strong diagnostic clinical and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care and patient-centered treatment planning
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $400000 (commensurate with experience)
