We are looking for our next Entry Level Designer to join our team!
Are you looking to expand your career as an Interior Designer
You could be a great fit for our Queen Creek Arizona store! We are looking for a Sales and Design Associate who has future goals of becoming a Designer for La-Z-Boy.
This would be a great opportunity for any student who is currently studying design or is a recent graduate of an Interior Design program. We are also considering applicants who are later in their career as sales associates/ designers and are looking for a change to join our La-Z-Boy team!
In this role you would work closely with our Designer:
At La -Z-Boy we are committed to improving our customers lives by helping them transform their houses into homes. Sales and Design Associates at La-Z-Boy Furniture are paid $45864 base against commission on written sales with NO COMMISSION CAP. Our average design representatives earn over$75000/year with top performers earning over $90k.

Job Type: Full-time
Training Pay: $170 per day for 2 weeks (no commission)
Post Training Pay: $45865 draw per year against commission
Commission: Earn more with UNCAPPED monthly commission ranging from 6% to 7.5% on individual written sales based on your ability to meet specific individual sales goals
The Total Compensation Range is at least the local applicable minimum wage and up to the high-earning average target for this role. Individual pay is based on various factors including geographic location personal performance and relevant qualifications experience skills and education.
