Description

Crowne Plaza North Augusta managed by StepStone Hospitality is seeking a friendly and organized Bell Attendant/Shuttle Driver to assist our guests. This role requires excellent communication and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.


Escort incoming guests to rooms.

Assist guests with luggage.

Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate.

Explain features of room such as operation of radio television in-room movie system etc.

Offer information pertaining to available hotel services points of interest and entertainment attractions.

Deliver messages and run errands.

Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements.

Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van.

Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis.

Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent.

Keep record of calls for service.

Deliver packages suitcases and trunks.

Set up sample rooms.

Respond to and resolve guest requests complaints or questions in a courteous and timely manner.


Requirements

Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.

Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.

Hearing writing typing.

Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.

Other duties may be assigned.
