Proximity Marketing Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Renewal by Andersen Fairfield and Westchester Counties

At Renewal by Andersen our Proximity Marketing Team is where it all begins. As the first point of contact with potential customers youll be the face of a trusted brandsparking interest building connections and setting up homeowners with free consultations that lead to real results.
Were looking for motivated outgoing and goal-driven individuals who enjoy talking to people working outdoors and taking control of their earning potential. No prior experience No problem. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeedyou bring energy and well teach you the rest!
**What to Expect After You Apply:

What Youll Do: Your Role as a Proximity Marketer
As a Proximity Marketer youre the first friendly face potential customers see! Youll be:
Connecting with Homeowners: Youll visit assigned neighborhoods go door to door engaging with homeowners while introducing them to Renewal by Andersen as well as our products and services.
Generating Leads: Your main goal is to spark interest and schedule free consultation appointments for our sales team.
Active Field Work: Get ready for some active days! Youll be walking (potentially 8-10 miles daily) in various outdoor conditions so being comfortable working outdoors is a must.
Tech-Savvy: Well provide you with an Apple iPad for easy lead tracking and information management. Youll also use tools like Microsoft Teams for seamless communication with your team.
Representing Our Brand: Youll represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost professionalism educating potential customers about our top-quality products and services.
Please Note: Youll need your own reliable vehicle for travel to assigned neighborhoods and our Stamford CT office for monthly team meetings. Your initial 60-day training period will be based out of our Stamford CT office.

Driven & Goal-Oriented: Youre self-motivated resilient eager to achieve goals and ready to achieve and exceed your targets.
Great Communicators: You can clearly and professionally communicate both in-person and through email.
Tech-Comfortable: Youre comfortable learning and using new technology including tablet devices and communication platforms.
Bonus Points if you have prior experience in sales canvassing hospitality or customer service; however it is not a requirement!
The Benefits: What We Offer You

Competitive Pay & Earning Potential:
- $21/hour during training and increases to $23/hour upon successful completion of training.
- Opportunity to reach $25/hour by hitting performance goals.
- Uncapped weekly and monthly commission bonuses in addition to your hourly pay! (Our average representatives typically earn $65000 - $80000 per year)

The Schedule: When Youll Work
Full-time 40 hours a week.
Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
