We - the German commercial vehicle centers of Mercedes-Benz by Daimler Truck - always have our customers in focus. Responsibilities
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Month-End Closing & Analysis:
- Responsible for month-end closing process for material cost elements
- Monthly RM aggregate and variants Costing forand 6364 Plants
- Regular monitoring and cleanup of interfaces between cbFC D2S and ProQ systems
- Ensure the data quality accuracy in cbFC for rightful maintenance of BoM and material master
- Timely forecast and reporting of Forex exposure in Import parts to Result controlling team
- Reporting scrap to stakeholders and drviing measures along with business stakeholders to control scrap cost
- Responsible for approval and reporting of Spot Buy agreements and track implementation of series contracts. Analyse and report impact of Spot buy POs
- Preparation of Supplementary report for all PCRC codes and report/track open invoices for provision accounting
- Periodic updation of selling price of RM/KTO to suppliers
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with DICV policies internal control guidelines and Daimler Financial Reporting standards integrating changes into the companys reporting framework.
- Provide monthly controlling reports/status updates including variance analysis and accounting views for material and procurement costs.
- Oversee the BOM costing for new and existing variants and ensure proper updates to material masters for Finished Goods (FG) Raw Material (RM) and Aggregates in cbFC.
- Coordinate for ICS and other Audit related topics with Accounting team and Auditors
Qualifications

- Master of Business Management Cost & Management Accountant
- Experience in Material Cost Reporting & Book-close
- Expert knowledge in SAP FICO module
- Language skills: English fluent
- Teamwork motivation communication skills
