Universal Horror Unleashed is a terrifyingly unique experience that will bring haunts to Las Vegas year-round. Located at Area 15 is the heart of horror we would love to have you haunting alongside us! With the nature of this experience comes a unique working environment. You will find yourself working in dark environments around special effects including strobe lights fog artificial smells and more. The working hours will be unique typically spanning over late evenings/nights and weekends (holidays included). JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering best in class guest experience by serving food and/or beverage to guests for banquet service. Must have a passion for hospitality providing attentive and friendly service. Assists with specific aspects of equipment pulls event set-up and service and breaking down of events as instructed by Food & Beverage leadership. Ensures exemplary guest service through all forms of banquet service such as buffet plated carving stations and bartending.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures exemplary guest service during events and through all forms of banquet service including but not limited to buffets plated carving stations bartending running food replenishing products and supplies in accordance with event standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned stations are properly equipped and executed by pulling transporting setting up and breaking down and returning equipment to designated storages in accordance with event standards and the Banquet Event Order instructions.
- Performs support work helping to provide a clean and safe work environment in all catering areas. Cleans organizes and restocks product/equipment returning from catering events.
- Ensures adherence to the Nevada State Liquor Statutes and food safety handling state requirements.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.

CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
- Any local or state required certifications or licenses.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of food server experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
