SUMMARY OF ASSIGNMENT
The Instructional/Intervention Paraeducator plays a key role in assisting students in grades 6-8 by providing targeted academic interventions social-emotional learning (SEL) and behavioral skill-building support. This position interacts continuously with students to reinforce positive behaviors through restorative practices and collaborates with the intervention team to support students growth both academically and socially.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and work yearare determined by thenegotiated agreement and the needs of the District.

The successful candidate for thispositionmust complete a fingerprinted background check with the Washington State Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Employment is contingent upon clearance of the background check.
