Our Chubb Associate Program is a great starting point for individuals seeking an entry-level role in the insurance industry. As a Chubb claims professional youll play a meaningful and collaborative role in helping clients whether an individual or a business recover when bad things happen. Specifically this role will be on the Excess Segmentation team and report to the Excess Segmentation manager. The Excess Segmentation team triages auto property damage commercial general liability and product liability claims on Major Accounts excess and umbrella policies to ensure timely segmentation to the appropriate claims handling teams.

As a Chubb Associate you will be in a full-time position within a specific line of business and you will experience:

If you do not already have one you will be required to obtain an applicable resident or designated home state adjusters license and possibly additional state licensure.



Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required (multiple majors will be considered).
  • GPA of 3.0 or above required.
  • Preferred prior work experience including but not limited to summer jobs part-time roles or internships.
  • Preferred leadership experience including but not limited to work involvement in community service athletics clubs or other activities.

The pay range for the role is $65000 to $75000. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive offers a comprehensive benefits package more details on which can be foundon our careers disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
