Role Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for corporate computer systems software and hardware. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problems diagnose software or hardware issues and help users through step-by-step solutions. This role is critical in maintaining business productivity and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Pay range: $65000 $80000
Within this range individual pay is determined based on skills experience and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws if applicable.
