Position Summary: Were on the lookout for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. If youre a team player who likes physical work and keeping things in order this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Receive store and organize electrical supplies tools and equipment
• Pick and pack orders for delivery
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Keep the warehouse clean safe and efficient
• Communicate with the Shop Manager and drivers to coordinate logistics
• Learn about electrical products and assist with technical handling when needed
• Load transport and deliver electrical components to construction sites
• Verify delivery documentation inventory and order accuracy
• Assist with loading/unloading using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Manage delivery schedule and navigate routes efficiently
• Communicate with warehouse staff site supervisors and team members
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs
• Pickup and delivery of shop tools (verify in working condition and all components are present).
• Audit tools on site and transfer them as they move sites.
• Inspect tools on site and red tag any that need removed from service or repaired.
• Pick up and deliver materials that are sent to the shop.
• Coordinate material deliveries between the vendors and on site operators for unloading

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift boxes and move products
• Basic understanding of electrical supplies (or willingness to learn)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Experience driving vans box trucks or similar delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift and handle electrical materials safely
• Good time management and reliability
• Knowledge of basic electrical supplies (preferred but not required)
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• A current MO Class E drivers license and a current DOT medical card are preferred.
• Experienced commercial driving including trailers preferred
