Job Description
The Painter is responsible for painting plastering and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe efficient well-maintained hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Regularly maintains and updates the paint wallpaper plaster and other finishes in all public areas and guest rooms.
- Ensures the hotel dcor remains in excellent condition.
- Cleans work areas thoroughly upon completion of tasks.
- Completes the Daily Work form as required.
- Possesses a strong understanding of Omnis fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols.
- Familiar with and adheres to all Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a commercial painter or hotel painter experience preferred.
- Flexibility in availability to meet the hotels needs.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors using various painting materials like paints plaster and other finishes.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends with a schedule that may vary based on business and operational demands.
