Job Description
- Understand assembly requirements create new instructions and teach assemblers in the proper assembly techniques.
- Provide engineering support during the assembly plus coordinate communication with the product engineering group when necessary.
- Properly document non-conformances and follow-up on the correction of non-conforming parts or assemblies.
- Provide support for ValveLink Flowscan and Anti-Surge testing and diagnostics in the pilot mounting process.
- Support the customer witness activity.
- Manage the accurate completion of CSP/ATR requirements
- Develop quality and efficiency improvement methods.
- Continuously identify safety improvement opportunities and implement safe practices.
- Provide coverage for direct Supervisors in their absence.

- 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in manufacturing with strong understanding of assembly techniques.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal to all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong PC skills with Microsoft Suite including Word Excel Access and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Self-management skills; motivated to action.
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Strong Fisher product knowledge including processes procedures and organization
- Direct experience with ValveLink and Flowscan operational testing.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities/tasks simultaneously
- Initiative in problem solving and facilitating change
- Dedication to finding and implementing root cause solutions
- Lean Manufacturing Synchronous Flow SMED and TPM practices a plus
- Able to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with business system work reporting a plus
