Are you a deal-closer with a sharp eye for compliance profit and customer satisfaction If youre an F&I powerhouse whos ready to join a fast-paced dealership with an expert team We want to meet you.
We need a driven experienced Finance Manager who can jump in and own the desk. Someone who has a sharp eye for compliance accuracy profit and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Present products the right way - compliant clear and effective
- Partner with sales to drive PVR product penetration and close rate
- Ensure all contracts are 100% clean and funded promptly
- Deliver a VIP experience to our customers
Skills we are looking for:
- 2 years F&I experience
Proven back end numbers that speak for themselves
- Deep lender knowledge and razor-sharp compliance
- Ability to hustle lead under pressure stay sharp and execute
- Punctual Reliable Organized and Team-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- A clean driving record and valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120000.00 - $200000.00 per year
