Job Description

- Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- Strong listening skills
- Service advisor experience preferred
- Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Math Reading and Basic Computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must have a valid PA drivers license with a good driving record
