Job Description

United HVAC Motors is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Support Technician to join our team providing excellent support to our clients by troubleshooting resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify diagnose and resolve technical issues related to productsusing various methodssuch as phone and email.
  • Customer Interaction:Interact with customers via phone email or chat providing clear and concise information and solutions to their inquiries. Adhere to the company-provided script without deviating.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance:Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for efficient issue resolution.
  • Escalation Management:Accurately and timely escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further support.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay current with the latest product and technology trends seeking opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products and services.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role preferred. HVAC knowledge would be helpful but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with using Apple computer systems and software.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting preferred.
  • Proficiency in google drive (docs & sheets)
  • Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly.

Skills:
Customer Service Problem Solving Technical Support Troubleshooting Communication (Written and Verbal) and Software Proficiency.

Hours
Training 7 AM -3:30 PM Monday-Friday
Once completed the training hours will shift to Tuesday - Saturday 7 AM-3:30


Pay Range
$21-$26 based on experience to be discussed in interview

Drug Free Work Environment
*Drug Testing is required before onboarding*
