Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $125000 (based on experience)
- 10% annual bonus (metrics include hospital sick days HEDIS scores patient satisfaction and alignment to organizational values)

Responsibilities
- Outpatient primary care (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Geriatrics / Preventive Medicine)
- No inpatient or on-call duties
- Max patient panel of 650
- Average of 1012 patients per dayallowing time for thorough unrushed visits
- Perform in-office medical procedures:
- Suturing for minor wound closures
- Joint injections for pain management
- Skin biopsies for diagnostics
- Comprehensive wound care
- Preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients
- Practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Supported by a dedicated care team to enable meaningful patient interactions and exceptional outcomes
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement patient engagement and quality care
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program
- Active non-probationary Arizona NP license
- Minimum 2 years of primary care outpatient experience required
- Proficiency in minor in-office procedures (suturing joint injections skin biopsies wound care preventive screenings)
- Training in geriatrics welcome but not required
- Highly collaborative patient-centered approach to care
- Committed to serving elderly medically complex or underserved populations
- Confident team-oriented and dedicated to high-quality patient care
