As a Store Manager with La-Z-Boy youll be leading by example which we believe to be the best way to lead. Youll be working with high quality design savvy clients who appreciate quality and comfort while coaching and mentoring your team to success.
Our Store Managers are pivotal to our company and you will be responsible for driving personal development growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. This role involves executing store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets while consistently upholding the companys ethos of prioritizing people optimizing processes delivering exceptional products and reinforcing the brands core values. This position plays a crucial role in elevating and contributing to the overall company success and is held to the highest standards of ethics integrity and professionalism.

This position holds significant influence over the stores financial health team morale and development operational efficiency and the overall customer experience and reputation in the community. Store revenue up to 5 million per year and leadership of up to 15 direct reports.

The Total Compensation Range is at least the local applicable minimum wage and up to the high-earning average target for this role. Individual pay is based on various factors including geographic location personal performance and relevant qualifications experience skills and education.
