Job Duties
Provide support in the oversight of a successful NCAA Division I baseball program
Lead and instruct assigned players units or skill positions at the discretion of the Head Coach
Implementation of individual player development plans
Assist in coordination of game day strategy and scouting reports
Assist with the recruitment and retainment of quality student-athletes
Assist with fundraising and community outreach events
Additional responsibilities to be assigned by Head Coach
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
2 years of collegiate coaching or professional playing experience
Experienced knowledge of the game specifically in the areas of hitting and infield or catching
Ability to throw quality batting practice
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules
