Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical and occupational Therapists to join our team at ATC Healthcare. This role is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The position will involve working with diverse patient populations and contributing to their recovery and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- BLS/PTA Certification.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology anatomy and physical therapy techniques.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred but not required.
- Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients families and healthcare teams.
