Job Description
HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface drilling mining and raiseboring services to clients across Australia..
We are currently seeking Surface Diamond Drill Assistants to join our team for existing work in the Western Australian goldfields.
If you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter we want to hear from you! These roles are full-time positions based on long-term contracts.
The Role
- Long-term contract for established gold producer
- Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO Perth
- Accommodation & messing provided
- Full-time permanent positions
- No experience required on-the-job training
- Competitive rates
Requirements of the role
- Assisting the Driller to provide quality diamond core
- High level of manual handling
- Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
- Contribute to safety and productivity improvements
Essentials:
The ability to meet pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening medical and police clearance is required.
- Fit healthy and motivated
- Current Manual Drivers License (Heavy Rigid license an advantage)
- Australian or NZ residents - Full working rights in Australia
