Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible within U.S. time zones
Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time

Join a growing life insurance agency based in Miami that s seeing fast success. Their current part-time appointment setter booked 6 appointments in just one week! The agency helps families find the right insurance using proven systems and modern tools.

This remote role is perfect for an experienced Appointment Setter who can book quality consultations. You ll use purchased leads and the GoHighLevel CRM to connect with prospects. Enjoy flexible hours performance-based pay and the chance to grow from part-time to full-time based on your performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to purchased qualified leads using dialer software

  • Schedule high-quality appointments for life insurance consultations

  • Manage and update lead data in the GoHighLevel CRM platform

  • Follow up with prospects to confirm or reschedule appointments

  • Track daily call activities and appointment conversion metrics

  • Collaborate with the agent to refine calling scripts and improve conversion rates

  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets in a performance-driven setting



Requirements:
  • Proven experience in life insurance cold calling and appointment setting (non-negotiable)

  • Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel CRM (required)

  • Proficient with professional dialer software systems (essential)

  • Clear professional English communication with a U.S.-friendly accent

  • Ability to work effectively during peak U.S. business hours (Monday to Saturday)

  • Strong persuasion and communication skills for phone-based sales

  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills



Compensation:
