Job Description
Our client a global healthcare company is looking for a Global Supply Chain Operational Lead to guide operational efforts and to be the main point of contact between customer service logistic providers and warehouses. The selected candidate will need to possess expertise in logistical processes of a business that includes: shipping transportation warehouse management and distribution. Extensive background with SAP SD and LE is imperative for this role.
This is a contractual position working in the clients preferred EU timezone. The initial contract will go through the end of 2025. With the likelihood of an extension well into 2026.

- Proactively work with the end-user community to maintain/improve business processes and procedures
- Monitoring stock levels forecasting demand and implementing inventory control methods ensure product availability
- Coordinate warehousing and distribution of goods for approved logistics providers
- Provide support for SAP questions from other departments
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs
- Participate in the optimization of supply chain processes within the SAP Framework
- Stay up to date to maintain/implement SAP best practices and new developments for supply chain management
- Identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes streamlining workflows and reducing costs
- Resolve and identify issues that arise within the supply chain such as delays shortages or quality problems
Requirements
- SAP Knowledge (especially in LE/SD; WMS desirable)
- Previous experience in the logistic sector (transportation and warehouse)
- German and English Language skills
- Healthcare experience a plus
Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors. SAP knowledge is essential, particularly in planning and materials management modules. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Fluency in French is required due to international coordination with French-speaking regions. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
