Required Skills:
* 5 years Java
* 5 years Web Development (Tapestry HTML HTML5 JavaScript JQuery CSS 3 / Sass / Less)
* 5 years Web Services (REST/JSON SOAP WSDL)
* 5 years EDI Transaction Sets (270/271 276/277 837)
* 5 years ActiveMQ
* 5 years SQL and Stored Procedures and relational database design
* 5 years Spring Security
* 5 years JDBC
* 5 Unix Environment/scripting
* 5 Familiar with GIT source control
* 5 Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Junit HTTPUnit Selenium etc.
* 3 years experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Preferred Skills:
* BPM Platforms
* Medicaid eligibility system/business operations experience
* Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
* Medicaid operations experience
