As a Flight control System Engineer you will:
- Develop (design implement validate) cutting edge flight control laws tailored for CycloRotor technology applications.
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis to assess stability performance and fault tolerance of flight control strategies.
- Integrate control algorithms with embedded and real-time hardware platforms.
- Model and analyze non-linear dynamic behaviors of aircraft and novel propulsion systems.
- Prepare and manage validation campaigns ranging from laboratory testing to full-scale prototype flight demonstrations.
- Document design decisions validation results and system performance for internal knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications :
- Deep and hands-on expertise in non-linear control theory.
- Proven experience designing flight control laws ideally for over-actuated or multi-rotor aerospace platforms.
- Fluent in Matlab and Simulink for modeling simulation and control system development.
- Skilled in auto-generating C code from Matlab/Simulink models.
- Experience with Speedgoat HiL platforms is an advantage.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
