Job Description

Department: Adult PHP/IOP

Required: Masters Degree with LSW LCSW LPC or LCPC required or eligible for licensure

The Case Therapist II SL reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated clinician to join our team as a Case Therapist II. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effective treatment planning creative therapeutic interventions and the use of integrative evidence-based approaches in group settings along with individual and family therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct clinical services primarily group therapy along with individual and family counseling
  • Coordinate care by communicating effectively with the treatment team patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
  • Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care across the treatment spectrum

  • Proven experience in clinical treatment planning and implementation
  • Skilled in creative and integrative therapeutic techniques
  • Strong time management organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment

Qualifications :

Required:

  • Experience and training in assessment individual family and group counseling
  • Masters Degree with LSW LCSW LPC or LCPC required or eligible for licensure
  • Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or related field

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years in intensive treatment setting and /or mental health setting.
  • CADC Licensure
  • LIC CPC
  • LIC LCSW
  • LIC MSW
