Job Description
Were searching for a strategic community-connected leader with grit heart and big-picture vision to join our Shared Services team. As Regional Director Indigenous Strategies youll champion Indigenous awareness and partnership across the countryadvising on strategy strengthening connections with Indigenous communities and businesses and creating opportunities that align with our values and construction expertise.
As Regional Director Indigenous Strategies Western Canada you will
- Shape and advance Indigenous partnerships awareness initiatives and business development opportunities across Western Canada
- Drive Indigenous subtrade/vendor procurement and create employment pathways on Chandos projects
- Advise our Executive Team on strategic funding opportunities associations and governance trends

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business Indigenous studies law engineering marketing or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Proven senior-leadership experienceideally within construction business development or community relations
- Deep understanding of Indigenous cultures communities governance structures and economic development in Western Canada
- Exceptional negotiation presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills
