Job Description
Description of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Brustolon Buick - GMC in Stonington CT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team developing sales strategies managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
