Job Description
- Leads the department in personalizing the guest arrival and departure experience including involvement in arrival and rooming processes handling guest concerns and ensuring consistency in exceeding guest service expectations.
- Guides and motivates the department communicates conducts performance appraisals and participates in meetings to drive service and system improvement.
- Develops implements and maintains policies on maximizing revenue supports the department and prepares and maintains reports.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Tourism Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
- Minimum of five (5) years of front office leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership management and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
