Job Description

Sales & Revenue Generation 

  • Proactively identify pursue and secure new group sales opportunities - with a key focus on restaurant group bookings (such as group dinners) events and partnerships for both business and leisure guests.  

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for both hotel and restaurant through strategic selling upselling and cross-promotions. 

  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends in group dining MICE travel and hospitality experiences along with insights on competitors. 

  • Develop and implement creative offers and packages that drive business growth throughout the year including low-season periods for the hotel and restaurant.  

Client Relationship Management 

  • Serve as the go-to contact for group bookings understanding each clients needs and providing tailored solutions across both hospitality and dining. 

  • Build long-term relationships with travel planners event organizers and local partners to drive repeat business. 

  • Stay in regular contact with clients post-event to gather feedback and identify new opportunities. 

Group Booking Coordination 

  • Respond efficiently to all group inquirieswhether hotel stays private dining or full-service events. 

  • Work with the Marketing Reservations and F&B teams to prepare competitive proposals promotions negotiate rates and secure signed contracts. 

  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution and memorable guest experiences. 


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales role; ideally within hospitality groups reservations or event planning. 

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills that help you connect with clients and close deals. 

  • A proactive independent working style; you know how to spot opportunities and act on them. 

  • Fluency in English is essential; Dutch or other languages are an advantage. 

  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems (PMS/CRS) is a plus. 


Additional Information :

  • Work within a highly motivated and enthusiastic team within our office in the heart of Amsterdam . 

  • Receive a competitive salary within CAO scale VIII/IX depending on experience. 

  • 8% gross holiday allowance (accrued monthly) paid out in May every year. 

  • 25 vacation days per calendar year on a full-time basis. 

  • Travel allowance of maximum 150 - per month regardless of distance.
