Cashier at Neonism SAL
The cashier at Neonism SAL plays a vital role in executing daily operations and providing exceptional service within our innovative EVO E-Wallet ecosystem. In addition to core responsibilities the cashier collaborates with team members communicates customer inquiries to the Customer Service Department and promotes new and existing products to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Morning and End-of-Day Procedures:
- Execute morning procedures to prepare for daily cash and digital operations including cash drawer setup and system checks.
- Perform end-of-day procedures to close out transactions reconcile cash drawers and prepare for the next business day.
- Ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with branch policies.
- Customer Service and Transactions:
- Assist customers with various transactions including cash deposits withdrawals and account inquiries as much as the system allows them to know (Roles will be defined in the system as Cashier and Supervisor. Supervisor shall escalate to Branch Manager where necessary.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using EVOs digital platform.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly providing exceptional service at all times.
- End-of-Day Reconciliations:
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions balances and account activities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in cash counts deposits and withdrawals to ensure financial accuracy.
- Team Collaboration and Customer Support:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and efficient customer service delivery.
- Communicate customer inquiries and feedback to the Customer Service Department for prompt resolution or for updates of processes or FAQs.
- Support customers with any queries or concerns they may have regarding the e-wallet services or products at the branch or over the phone.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department on customer responses to promotions and campaigns.
- Share customer feedback with the product department regarding future request or issues to improve product offerings.
- Support the Call Center team as needed and as per scheduled timelines.
- Product Promotion and Campaign Support:
- Act as a promotion agent for new products or campaigns launched by Neonism-EVO.
- Educate customers about existing products they may not be utilizing to enhance their banking experience.
- Engage customers in conversations about innovative banking solutions and encourage adoption of new services.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Entry-level Cashiers dont necessarily need prior experience because its usually completed on-the-job training. However experience working with similar retail products or in a customer service-based role is preferable
- High school diploma
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and point-of-sales systems
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Location:
Full timer Cashier (from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm) will be trained in Sin El Fil at EVO Main Branch and will be relocated once the new branches are operational.
