As part of the global Foreign Trade team you will be responsible for monitoring assessing and managing trade risks associated with our business activities the global Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning solutions business for residential and light commercial buildings from group company. The acquisition is part of Bosch Groups Energy and Building Technology business sector. Based on group companys headquarters in Tokyo you will be:
- Responsibility for compliance with global and national foreign trade regulations and policies
- Actively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes communicating impact to the organization and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure.
- Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.
- Continuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactions
- Steering and support of internal and external audits
- Responsible for AEO license process and maintenance
- Review and audit of AEO process
- Monitoring of national foreign trade law changes and continuous alignment with the global foreign trade governance team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in international trade and business engineering or other relevant areas
- 8 years of experience with foreign trade area (especially automotive or electronics industry)
- Demonstrated ability to advise internal customers on regional and global policies and processes
- SAP / GTS knowledge or equivalent system
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization (including executive and with cross-functional teams)
- Team player attitude
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Japanese
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
