We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Guest Services to join our hotel in Jaipur India. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest services ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and inspire a team of guest service professionals fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure the smooth daily operations of the hotel by coordinating effortlessly across key departments including Front Office Food & Beverage Housekeeping and Engineering departments.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to service delivery.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the guest services division.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative guest service initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards policies and procedures.
- Handle high-profile guests and resolve complex guest issues.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Hotel Administrator) preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in hospitality management with a proven track record in guest services leadership roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a talent for motivating and developing staff
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills particularly in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and technologies
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budget management
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality operations standards and best practices
- Understanding of Indian hospitality market trends and cultural nuances
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or other Indian languages will be an advantage
