What youll be doing:

Were looking for a forward thinking Reddit Specialist to join our global reputation team. Youll take full ownership of Reddit as a channel including building our presence growing our communities and shaping how Preply shows up in one of the worlds most opinionated platforms. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and will play a key role in turning Reddit into a high-impact brand and acquisition engine.

• Build and execute Preplys Reddit strategy from the ground up including planning posting and reporting.
• Drive brand awareness and credibility by boosting positive sentiment and organic mentions.
• Manage agency partnerships to align Reddit content with paid campaigns and brand voice.
• Organize impactful AMAs with tutors influencers and internal experts.
• Repurpose PR wins and success stories into engaging Reddit-native content.
• Own and grow r/Preply ensuring authentic engagement and brand-aligned conversations.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Tutor Comms to maintain consistent tone and service standards.
• Work cross-functionally with brand SEO PR PLG and influencer teams to integrate Reddit into broader campaigns.

What you need to succeed:

• 4 years of proven experience in reputation management or social media management.
• Deep knowledge of Reddit culture subreddit moderation AMA mechanics and in-platform norms.
• Excellent written communication skills in English with a knack for adapting tone across threads AMAs and high-stakes replies
• Experience managing agency partners alongside working cross-functionally across teams with strong collaboration communication and project management skills
• A self-starter mindset. Youre excited by the idea of owning a new channel writing the playbook and growing something from scratch.
• Comfortable with tracking sentiment and engagement metrics and turning insights into action.
• Strong understanding of the role Reddit plays in reputation discovery and customer voice in todays search and trust landscape.

Manager
