• Development and Release: Develop new product and lead the mechanical release according to BOSCH AS product development process. Carry out investigation analysis calculation BOM management3D models 2D drawings standards and specifications etc

Qualifications :

• Education

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automobile engineering

• Skills

• Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.

• Knowledge in steering chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.

• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements.

• Good understanding of manufacturing and assembling technologies.

• EPS new platform development and mechanical system design experience and is capable to lead requirement engineering and design for reliability
• Leading role in trouble shooting using problem solving methodology
• Leading design experience in key steering components e.g. wormwheel gear or KGT
• More than 3 years experience in steering system mechanical design

• Lead mechnical parts development independently inlcuding but not limited to  housing piston worm sector shaft gear etc.
• Rich work experience with utilizing design method and tool like RE focus matrix DRBFM DFMEA

• System calculation and simulation

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal

• Knowledge of German language desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills flexible resilient team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team
