Mars Petcare is looking for a Depal Machine Operator at the Columbus OH location. *Pay and benefit information below

Pedigree Cesar Nutro Royal Canin Iams Whiskas Sheba pet food and Greenies and temptations treats.
What is the required shift
3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 11pm- 7:30am
Job Purpose:
The Depal Operator is responsible for running machines and meeting production targets.
What are we looking for
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical experience
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
- Frequent bending stooping twisting handling and gripping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights climb stairs leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum 12 hours in one shift).
- Ability to understand communicate read and write in English.
- Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot cold wet dust dirt and chemicals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certificate
- Experience in high speed production
- Experience in the food/petfood industry
What will be your Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the performance of several machines processes or pieces of equipment
- Achieve production line KPIs and targets
- Identify and escalate mechanical breakdowns on various machinery
- Any ad hoc requests
Total Rewards:
- Hourly Rate: $20.34/HR
- Shift Premium: $1.50/HR
