Under the supervision of the Benefits Supervisor the Health & Benefits Analyst reconciles benefits data to ensure accuracy and alignment between benefits enrollments payroll deductions and vendor invoicing and coordinates and administers employee benefits programs including health dental vision and wellness initiatives. This role involves performing regular audits resolving discrepancies and working closely with payroll finance and benefits vendors to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Health & Benefits Analyst generates and analyzes reports related to benefits costs and enrollments providing critical support for decision-making and financial planning. This role also involves providing administrative support to the functions of the benefits department ensuring the effective delivery of benefits services and offering support and guidance to employees on benefit-related matters. Additionally the coordinator assists in promoting wellness programs that enhance employee health and well-being collaborates with vendors track program effectiveness and contributes to communication efforts to ensure employees are informed about available benefits and wellness resources. This role will also maintains benefits files and makes sure that they are up to date.

When COVID-19 Cases subside this position will take on additional responsibilities TBD in the area of benefits leaves workers compensation and administration.

Job Specifications

Minimum Required

BA/BS in Business Human Resources or related field from four-year College or University or equivalent and 3 years of progressive experience in benefits administration human resources analytics or related role

or any equivalent combination of education and experience that would support successful performance of the essential job functions of this role.
