WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Affiliate Sr. Accountant is responsible for overseeing the identification tracking reconciliation and reporting of all affiliate party transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards internal controls and Generous Brands/ Bolthouse Fresh Food separation agreements. This role works cross-functionally with legal treasury operations and Generous Brands Stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy of intercompany and related party arrangements.

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage and oversee the accounting and reporting of Affiliate party transactions across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP related to related party disclosures and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate with legal treasury operations and Generous Brands to determine the accounting implications of separation and transition service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive affiliate party database ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reconciliations of affiliate party balances and transactions.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and support the preparation of audit schedules related to affiliate party transactions.
• Monitor and improve internal controls over affiliate party transaction identification and reporting.
• Lead or assist in the development of policies and procedures governing affiliate party transactions.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights on affiliate party transactions.
• Train and guide accounting staff on related party accounting standards and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

8:00 PM to 5:00 PM;Monday through Friday before/after hours weekends and holidays may be mandatory based on business needs.
