Job Description
Stamford Hyundai has an opening for a Sales BDC Assistant.
The SalesBDC Assistant position is the Communications Hub for the Sales Department.
The SalesBDC Assistant will:
- Receive cash checks and credit card deposit from customers; document and provide receipts
- Input inventory information to computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with Scheduling Sales Appointments
- Answer and distribute incoming sales calls per procedure
- Greet Customers and Connect them with Salespeople
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
The Sales BDC Assistant needs:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
- Experience with DealerTrack and VinSolutionsa plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor
