Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to lead CRM-related projects from inception through deployment and support. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions leveraging the D365 CE platform (Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for D365 CE implementations upgrades or enhancements.
Define scope timelines resources and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between client/business units and technical teams.
Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions.
Manage risks issues dependencies and change requests throughout the project.
Coordinate development testing (SIT/UAT) training and go-live activities.
Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices budget and timelines.
Drive user adoption and support post-implementation transition.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of project management experience including at least 23 years focused on D365 CE. This role requires strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales Customer Service Field Service etc.).
Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing third-party vendors consultants or implementation partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate).
PMP CSM or equivalent project management certification.
Familiarity with Power Platform Azure integrations or custom workflows.
Compensation and Employment
The expected rate for this position is $70 -$90 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for comprehensive benefits including health insurance a 401(k) plan and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
