Job Summary
Responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory procedures related to human reproduction including in vitro fertilization (IVF) intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) embryo culture embryo biopsy embryo freezing and thawing. Additionally the position will be involved in research training and quality assurance activities to ensure the continuous improvement of embryology services.Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Biology required

Experience
Embryology Experience 5-7 years required and IVF and ICSI Procedures Experience 3-5 years required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of reproductive physiology genetics and embryonic development.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques embryo biopsy cryopreservation and quality control measures in the laboratory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team providing guidance training and support.
