Job Description
CISO - LAM Squad (IDAM)
Join our team responsible for executing and maintaining operational security services ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements within the IDAM domain. In this role you will contribute to improving security processes supporting daily operations and helping us continuously enhance our services.
As part of the LAM Access Requests team you will provision access to both internal and external users ensuring the right access is provided at the right time. Using ServiceNow you will handle daily requests across various applications completing these within OLAs and to a high-quality standard.
We are a busy fast-paced team that adapts regularly to shifting priorities with a focus on delivering quality results while meeting OLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Use ServiceNow to review and action access requests.
- Process requests for applications such as Active Directory Windows SQL Lotus Notes and CITRIX.
- Provision access to internal applications.
- Use SQL for validation and closing of pending requests and remediations.
- Provide reporting as required.
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.
- Maintain ServiceNow and ticketing procedures according to process.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in IT Security or IT Support roles.
Work Model
- This position follows a hybrid work model with 8 mandatory days per month in the office with the possibility that the hybrid policy may evolve over time based on business needs.
