HSHS Medical Group is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine physician to join an established and very busy practice.
-Work in a spacious clinic based on the campus of HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville Illinois
-Located just 3 hours from Chicago and an hour from Champaign (home of University of Illinios)
-Clinic hours Monday through Friday potential to do 4 day workweeks.
-EPIC EMR
-Thriving practice with 5 providers ample space for growth
Good Shepherd Hospital is a 30-bed facility that provides emergency care laboratory and imaging services in the Shelbyville community 24/7.
The hospital features an advanced surgery department inpatient care rehabilitative therapy and a wide variety of outpatient services.

Pay range: $300000-$399406 (inclusive of family and internal med)
Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents adults and geriatric patients is required.
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed or in the process of completing an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
