Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Floor & Upholstery Cleaning Technician with at least one year of hands-on experience in carpet tile grout and upholstery cleaning. This role is ideal for someone who is physically capable dependable customer-focused and motivated to earn through performance-based commission.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial cleaning of carpet tile grout hardwood and upholstery
Operate truck-mounted and portable cleaning equipment
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with each service visit
Educate customers on additional services and maintenance tips
Maintain equipment and company vehicle in clean and working order
Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and digital records
Safely load/unload and move equipment weighing 50 lbs regularly
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in floor and/or upholstery cleaning
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required for company insurance)
Ability to lift carry and move equipment and furniture over 50 lbs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable punctual and professional in appearance and demeanor
Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
