Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
Experience
3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or programming preferably in a healthcare setting required
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies tools and techniques including process modeling requirements analysis and system integration.
- Proven experience in managing software implementation projects process improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and project management skills.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems healthcare information systems and clinical software applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations data security standards (e.g. HIPAA) and quality improvement frameworks.
